Islamic Relief operates permanent projects in the following countries: Afghanistan, Albania, Bangladesh, Bosnia, Chad, Chechnya, China, Egypt, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Kosova, Lebanon, Malawi, Mali, Niger, Pakistan, Palestine, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, and Yemen.

Islamic Relief has operated seasonal and emergency projects in the following countries: Algeria, Cambodia, India, Morocco, and Turkey.
