Islamic Relief began its emergency operation in Gaza just hours after
the crisis started on December 27, 2008. Islamic Relief’s aid teams
continued to deliver aid even during the height of the conflict.
Islamic
Relief has procured and donated vital emergency aid worth over $3
million that includes medical supplies and equipment, food, water,
fuel, blankets and other essential non-food items.
Islamic
Relief has launched a multi-million dollar campaign that aims to
provide further emergency relief and long-term development in Gaza.
